Tai chi

Tai chi combines physical movements with an overarching life philosophy—a true exercise in both physical and mental strength, open to people of all ages and physical conditions. Tracing its roots back to millennia-old Eastern philosophies, the practice aims to combine the opposing forces of yin and yang (dark and light) in all of us, and to bring us into harmonious coexistence with ourselves and the world through the movement of our internal qi, or life force.
